Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with your purchase and experience. I (the owner) have reviewed the correspondence you received from our customer support team and it was courteous and detailed our warranty policy. We always warranty our products against manufacturing defects but as you stated in your review, your lenses were scratched by your parka's zipper and unfortunately, that is not covered by our warranty. I am sorry you feel this constitutes poor customer service and a bad value. I wish you the best of luck and thank you for giving our products a try.
